How can I make changes to my member information?

To modify your registered member information such as company Address, simply take the following steps:

1. Sign in www.giftstore.com.my/SignIn.aspx

2. Click "Edit Profile" under "My Profile."

3. Modify your registered information

4. Submit when done.






What's Inquiry Basket?

Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart that allows our buyer and paid supplier members greater convenience when searching or browsing Giftstore.com.my

Simply check items of interest and then click "Add to Basket." You can add up to a maximum of twenty items to Inquiry Basket and continue searching. When you are ready, you can send all your Inquiries simultaneously.

Note:
All items in your Inquiry Basket will be lost if you close all giftstore web pages. Please send your inquiries before you close your browser.






How to become a buyer?

For immediate access to all our free buyer services, simply take the following easy steps:

1. Go to GiftStore homepage: http://www.GiftStore.com.my

2. Click "Join Now"

3. Select "Buyer"/ "Customer" / "Agent"

4. Fill out the Buyer Registration form and submit when done.

You will receive a confirmation letter in your e-mail box, confirming your registration and giving more details about the great free services that you can enjoy as a buyer member. To activate your GiftStore account, simply click on the URL included in the email.






How to become a seller?

To sell on GiftStore, you need to register as a seller first:

1. Go to GiftStore's homepage: http://www.GiftStore.com.my

2. Click "Join Now"

3. Select "Seller" or "Supplier"

4. Fill out the Seller Registration form step by step and submit when done

To change your password, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in www.GiftStore.com.my/SignIn.aspx with your current password.

2. Click "Change Password" in "My Profile."

3. Input your current password in "Old Password" and then input and confirm your new password, as well as your secret answer.

4. Submit when done.






Why am I having difficulty inputting my email address?

If you see the error message "This email address already exists", it means that your email address has been registered at Giftstore before. To proceed, please register a different email address for your new account.





What is Authentication & Verification and how long will it take?

When GiftStore receives your Product Information or Company Information, we will double-check with you about the information you have entered

Most A&V processes only need 1-2 working days. The maximum processing time is 15 working days.





Why am I having problems signing in?

If you receive an error message when signing in, please check for the following possible causes:

1. You have entered an invalid password.
Make sure that "Caps Lock" is not on, and that you have not included any blank spaces after your Member ID or password.

2. Internal server error.
The error message "Internal server error" generally indicates a temporary network jam or server reboot. Please close all browser windows and re-start your computer. Sometimes an "internal server error" may be caused by a browser problem on your computer if you use a browser other than IE and Netscape.

3. Cookie error.
If a cookie error occurs, you can take the following steps to solve it:

1) Internet Explorer 6.0 Click "Tools/Internet Options"; Click "Delete Cookies" & "Delete Files";Click "Security," and set as 'Default" Click "Privacy," and set as "Medium"

2) Internet Explorer 5 Click "Tools/Internet Options"; Click "Security"; Click "Internet Zone";Select a security setting other than "High" -or- Click "Custom Level", scroll to "Cookies," and then click "Enable" for both cookie options.

3) Internet Explorer 4.x Click "View", and then "Internet Options"; Click "Advanced"; Scroll to "Security"; Under "Cookies", click "Always accept cookies."

4) Netscape Communicator 4.X Click "Edit", and then "Preferences"; Click "Advanced"; Check "Accept All Cookies."

If you are still unable to solve this problem, please try to find the directory where your system is installed, e.g. C: Windows; then go to sub-directory "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files"; then delete all files named "Cookies".

Please reset your computer when you have finished.

4. Your account has been disabled.
If you see this message then your account has been disabled due to inactivity or other cause, as explained in our service terms. For assistance, please contact Customer Service.

5. The page takes a long time to open.
This might be because of a temporary network jam or server reboot. We suggest that you try again later. If the problem persists, please send an email to Customer Service at including the problem URL.





How can I keep my account secure?

To keep your GiftStore account secure, please bear in mind the following points:

1. Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. Passwords are case sensitive and can include numbers and characters (eg: abc123) .

2. Change your password when necessary. If at any time you become concerned about the security of your password, you can always change it online. For more information about how to change your password.

3. Choose your Password Question and Secret Answer wisely. If you provide a Password Question and Answer during registration, make sure that you have chosen an answer that you will remember, but which will also be difficult for others to guess from your Password Question.

4. Always sign out completely. If you use a public or shared computer, it's important that you always sign out completely at the end of each session by clicking the "Sign Out" link. Doing this will remove the possibility that another person could use the same computer to view the contents of your account.





How can I search for product's information at GiftStore?

You can search GiftStore by keywords:

1. Go to GiftStore's Advance Search, click here

2. You can either select from the dropdown menu, enter relevant keywords or even search by price range

3. Click on "Search."
